When you submit your new consignment for creation you will receive success information page (as below) where you will be shown the unique consignment number issued by the system for later reference. The consignment number is also known as the House Air Waybill (HAWB) on the shipping documents that accompany your shipment.

 

Although you can print your shipping documents later, it is recommended that you immediately print the HAWB at this stage for attachment to your parcel. Do this by clicking on the indicated link on the page. IF YOU LATER CHANGE ANY INFORMATION PLEASE RE-PRINT THE HAWB.

 

At this stage you are also asked whether you wish to add your consignment to an existing collection. If you answer 'No' you will be able to add it later and conversely you can also remove a consignment from a collection .

 

 

If there is no collection already arranged you will see the page below where you can quickly and easily book a collection for your consignment.

 

 

When you click on 'Yes' you will be able to specify a collection at a time that you can edit.
