Throughout these help files you will see reference to a fictitious shipping agent called 'Air Express'. This company, as far as we are aware, does not exist and has been designed to represent a generic courier company only.

 

The system is accessed via a series of tabs some of which may not be available to your profile. User profiles are related to the installed products that your supplier is running and also to your user privilege. If you are unsure you should contact your supplier for clarification.
